Dark Chocolate * Roasted Almond * Classic
Definitely a “go to” blend and used as our house espresso–Resilience is everything you want in an “every morning” coffee, roasted in our style to balance depth, sweetness, and complexity. Comprised of Central and South American coffees (currently a natural Brazil and a washed Guatemala), these constituents come together to make a “full” cup with layers of complimentary chocolates. Resilience brews a classic cup and also slays as an espresso with excellent heft and intensity, yet without bitterness.
Resilience is a celebration of how far we’ve come and what we find we are truly capable of when we dig deep. It is “inherently deep and bold, yet never losing its natural sweetness–like you.”
